No, it wasn't an April Fool's joke. Lisanne's coop from Horizon Structures arrived early, along with 2 other coops headed to other Massachusetts chicken aficionados.
The coop weighs 700 POUNDS. That's a serious coop. You can see it just clearing the septic caps. The maneuverability of the flatbed was remarkable.
It's new home - doesn't Lisanne look excited?
