Sweet & Savory

Well we did it. The chickens were introduced to their new digs this past Sunday. What a great feeling. After weeks and weeks of anticipation, chick rearing and coop construction we finally put our five little prospective egg layers in their new home. 

We've decided to call our coop Sweet & Savory. Rosemary, Nutmeg, Ginger, Salt and Pepper are quite happy in their new digs. We flanked the chicken run with an herb garden that is rapidly taking off. 

I can't wait for eggs.
